 NWA-IIB  Adsorbent

 In 2003 the company has passed ISO9001:2000 quantity system certification. It is one of the CHINA research and production bases for molecular sieves and catalysts for more than thirty years. In 1971, 5A strip adsorbent won the National Reward of Invention. The annual production was 1000 metric tons, the product was used for kerosene dewaxing units by many refineries in China, and it was also exported many lots to Romania and Korea.

In 1998 Sinopec NWA adsorbent was put into use in Molex Unit of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation(SINOPEC) lab Plant.

At present, NWA-IIB 5A adhesive-free spherical adsorbent has been recognized as the national new key products in 2001. It is high-tech product with National invention reward and patent gold metal. The forth replacement of this Plant(of 2 Molex Units) was carried out in 2005, 160,000kg NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was loaded. Now both of Molex Units are running well.

In 2001, Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was exported to Middle East. The Molex Unit is running at 118% design capacity with stable recovery and stable product quality.

In november of 2006, the Molex Unit of another abroad user loaded with Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was restarted up successfully with all the technical index up to the expected requirements.

In june of 2007 Sinopec NWA-IIB 5A adsorbent was put in use in Molex Unit for seven times.

The commercial application shows that the performance of the adsorbent is in advance of the same kind adsorbents.

Adsorbent OF NWA-B is a new spherical adsorbent without binder. It is of high adsorption-desorption efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the separation of the normal paraffin and iso-paraffin in Molex unit. The product was put into use in Molex unit of Jinling Petrochemical Corporation(SINOPEC)s LAB Plant since 1998.
